Refunds and Exchanges Policy

I'm sorry, but I don't give out refunds. If you have a complaint please don't hesitate to contact me at any time. I do however offer exchanges if thw issue is my fault. 

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. If I have not ordered the materials for your order, I will cancel your order.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong length, size or color for the skirt extenders, please let me know and I will do my best to fix it for you. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

If I allow you to exchange your order (only if you have contacted me and I tell you I can fix it) you will have 3-5 days to return the original items to me. If you do not return within 5 days, I have the right to not exchange your items. You will also need to pay for return shipping.

*If you need to exchange your order, it will take me approx 7-10 days to remake your order, unless I need to order more material. In that case it could be longer. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any exchange order.

I am not responsible for any damage or lost packages through usps. Insurance is NOT included. If you would like to add insurance, please let me know prior to purchasing.
